A Northern Ireland based specialty coffee roaster offering exceptional, ethically sourced coffees with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. Our roastery is located in Banbridge County Down, less than thirty minutes from Belfast and just over an hour from North Dublin. Roasting speciality coffee, supplying coffee machines and providing an unrivalled personal and professional service to the hospitality industry is what defines us. Our speciality coffee buyer and roaster Jonny is a certified Q Grader. Q Graders are internationally recognised professionals skilled in sensory evaluation of green coffee. Most of our coffee is sourced through direct trade with coffee growers meaning they receive a premium price for their coffee and with the coffee containers shipped directly into Belfast this helps to reduce our carbon footprint and our endeavour to become more sustainable. Using Giesen coffee roasting equipment our popular espresso coffee is freshly roasted and packaged using recyclable material as part of our initiatives to make our business more sustainable. Our single origin speciality coffee beans also available for retail on our webshop online are suitable for Filter machines, Chemex, V60, Aeropress, French Press and Espresso machines. Within the hospitality industry among cafes, restaurants, hotels and golf clubs we have developed a reputation for always providing a personal and professional service. This may be the in person deliveries, the barista training courses including latte art training and barista certification we provide or the coffee machine support we offer with our highly skilled team of engineers. We supply and stock commercial espresso machines such as Rancilio which are hand built in Italy in addition to being able to source La Marzocco or other brands when required. As part of an espresso machine package which is available to purchase or rent we provide grinders from manufacturers such as Rancilio, Anfim and Mahlkonig. Our team of engineers provide support for all the equipment, from espresso machine services to rapid response emergency call outs for coffee machine breakdowns.
