Coming from another famous region of Guatemala, Huehuetenango our good friend Julio sourced this for us.  (The one with the dark hat beside Mark in the baseball cap).  The owners of Finca El Coyegual are the Aguirre family who started cultivating coffee in 1960 with three hectares.  Harvesting takes place from December to April and the coffee is washed and sun-dried on patios using traditional methods.
