Coffee from the Yirgacheffe zone has become popular thanks to its citric acidity and well-bodied, balanced cup with flowery and spicy elements. The farmers that produce this coffee cultivate 0.25-1.5 hectares of coffee trees in a garden production system. As a result, this is one of the finest Yirgacheffe coffees we’ve had. Fully washed and dried on African beds, you can expect sweet and smooth throughout with subtle peach notes. Dark chocolate with hints of lime as it cools. So good!
